Kirei Kotomine (Fate/Zero)

Conflict is humanity's primal instinct. Eliminating it would mean eliminating humanity itself.

― Gildarts in Fairy tail

“Fear is not evil. It tells you what you weakness is. And once you know your weakness, you can become stronger as well as kinder.”

Archer ( Fate/stay night)

Defying me till the very end, huh? But I'll forgive you. Some things are beautiful exactly because they are unobtainable.

Kiritsugu Emiya (Fate/stay night)

I was reckless when I was young. I educated myself by cursing the heartlessness of the world. The world was cruel - so I made myself more heartless and used that as a weapon, trying to follow through on my ideals.

The Sick Rose

O Rose, thou art sick.
The invisible worm
That flies in the night
In the howling storm

Has found out thy bed
Of crimson joy,
And his dark secret love
Does thy life destroy.

William Blake

As you can tell I have been on a HUGE William Blake kick recently. I have always loved his work both Art and Poetry.
For those of you who are not familiar with Blake I urge you to do some research... do it right fucking meow. For the lazy type I have compiled a small starting point.

Here are some of his books.

If you are to lazy to look over all of those I recommend starting with
Songs Of Innocence And Of Experience
and

William Blake's Divine Comedy Illustrations

For Art work start here

To learn about the man... the myth.. the legend..

Some of my favorite work of his:

The Body of Abel Found by Adam and Eve, c. 1825. Watercolour on wood

The Ghost of a Flea, 1819–1820. Having informed painter-astrologerJohn Varley of his visions of apparitions, Blake was subsequently persuaded to paint one of them.[106]Varley's anecdote of Blake and his vision of the flea's ghost became well-known.[106]

Nebuchadnezzar

The Great Red Dragon and the Woman Clothed in Sun

Mad Song by William Blake

HE wild winds weep, And the night is a-cold; Come hither, Sleep, And my griefs enfold! . . . But lo! the morning peeps Over the eastern steeps, And the rustling beds of dawn The earth do scorn. Lo! to the vault Of pavèd heaven, With sorrow fraught, My notes are driven: They strike the ear of Night, Make weak the eyes of Day; They make mad the roaring winds, And with the tempests play, Like a fiend in a cloud, With howling woe After night I do crowd And with night will go; I turn my back to the east From whence comforts have increased; For light doth seize my brain With frantic pain.
